Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Storage Organization: Organize and store products in designated areas, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and organize materials.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
