Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues.
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet code requirements.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Prepare materials for projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of electrical experience encompassing service, repair, and sales.
- Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service, alongside strong technical knowledge.
- Preferred familiarity with Generac Generators, although not mandatory.
- Proficient in residential electrical services and building codes.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction/oversight.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
