What You'll Do:
  • Support the HR team in the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

  • Participate in organizing and delivering training and development programs.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and manage HR databases with confidentiality.
  • Engage in diversity and inclusion projects, promoting a workspace that values and respects differences.

What is Required:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in Human Resources management and a desire to learn about the various aspects of HR.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a diverse team.
  • A proactive approach to tackling challenges and providing solutions.
  • Eagerness to contribute creatively to HR projects and initiatives.
