Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with changing tax laws

  • Assist in financial planning by providing tax projections and estimates
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and payments

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
  • Deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and tax reporting
  • Proven track record in managing and leading tax teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm
  • Ability to adapt to changes and embrace continuous learning in the tax field
  • Strategic mindset and ability to provide proactive tax advice
  • Strong ethics and integrity in handling sensitive financial information
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
