Resident Service:Personally performs maintenance tasks and delegates responsibilities to assistants.Oversees and occasionally inspects work performed by assistants.Institutes and manages a system for handling resident service requests, completing work orders within 24 hours when possible.Coordinates maintenance personnel schedules with the manager to ensure 24/7 availability for emergencies.3.
