We are looking for someone with experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, Hydroseed, and Hardscape Installation. Rate: $20-$30/hr depending on experience

Bilingual a plus but not required

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees, ensuring landscape installations are completed according to design and assigned work orders.
  • Follow directions from the Landscape Manager/Project Manager to ensure project success.
  • Operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure job sites are safe and clean at all times.
  • Train crew members to develop their skills and enhance team performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, Hydro-seed, and Hardscape Installation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining vehicles and equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to work days and occasionally some weekends.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus but not required.
