AERMOR is seeking a skilled Citrix Administrator to be responsible for the deployment, management, and support of Citrix virtualization technologies. This role entails maintaining the Citrix virtual infrastructure to ensure availability, high performance, and security of virtual desktops and applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and configure Citrix environments to include Citrix applications, desktops, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, and Hypervisor. 
• Manage and monitor Citrix servers, desktops, and delivery. 
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and optimize Citrix environments. 
• Provide technical support for Citrix-related issues. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix. 
• Plan and execute upgrades and expansion. 
• Ensure Citrix environments comply with DoD policies and best practices. 
•Implement and maintain security controls, including user authentication and access controls. 
• Provide technical support to Navy personnel for Citrix related issues. 
• Create and maintain documentation related to Citrix configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting. 
•Monitor system performance and capacity. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Citrix environments, to include Citrix virtual applications and desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Hypervisor. 
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, Windows Server and networking. 
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline AND at least four years of experience as described above; OR seven years of relevant experience as described above.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is preferred.
