Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency through direct support and referrals.
- Conduct outreach and enroll clients in the Social Adjustment Program, entering their information into the RS database.
- Maintain and document client case files, activities, and reports per program guidelines.
- Facilitate clients' access to public benefits and medical services, including Food Stamps, Medicaid, and SSI.
- Provide interpretation, and other necessary assistance to clients.
- Refer clients to appropriate programs, such as Employment, ESL, and specialized services.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for experience in case management or refugee/immigrant services.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance as required by law.
- Enjoy weekly pay periods and direct deposit.
