Role Description:
As a Lawn Care Technician at Lansing Lawn & Snow, you will have the opportunity to work outdoors, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to maintaining beautiful landscapes. We offer comprehensive training for newcomers, though experience with zero-turn mowers and weed whips is advantageous.

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Drivers License (preferred)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Experience with operating equipment, especially zero-turn mowers and weed whips
  • Commercial lawn mowing experience is a plus
  • Shrub and tree trimming experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, heat, wind)
  • Capability to handle strenuous physical tasks throughout the workday and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work an average of 8-10 hour days
  • Saturday work required only if there are consecutive rain days during the week
Responsibilities as a Lawn Care Technician at Lansing Lawn & Snow:
  • Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, and handle all tasks related to lawn care maintenance.
  • Perform landscape, shrub, and tree trimming & pruning.
  • Inspect your work to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete required paperwork and/or data entry daily, following company policies and procedures.
