What we expect from you...
- Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how)
- Lead a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.
- You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and /or gymnastics helps as well).
- You have background in gymnastics, dance, or education.
