Join Our Team as an Automotive Technician at Absolute Auto Repairs and Sales

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team at Absolute Auto. As a Technician at our shop, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers. Performing high quality repairs and services, with proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine troubles, electrical problems, and suspension issues
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques
  • Must be able to use a tablet to enter notes and take pictures.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years min. of professional experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Valid PA Emissions and Safety licenses, valid drivers license.
  • ASE certification is preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently

Full Time Position, granted 40 hrs weekly. Pay will depend on your skill and ability to perform repairs in a timely manner. Production bonuses will start after 90 days, or sooner after management review of your production. Paid vacation, paid holidays. Other benefits will be available.
