Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Job Description:
Join our facility maintenance team responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, upkeep, and safety of our workplace environment. As a Custodial/Housekeeping Technician, you will perform essential tasks to maintain a pleasant and safe work environment, including custodial duties, special projects, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of all offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and facilities.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals, lubricants, and pest control devices as necessary.
  • Train new department personnel and assist with special projects.
  • Work overtime or altered hours and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in industrial janitorial, housekeeping, or building maintenance-related jobs preferred.
  • Knowledge of power equipment, basic maintenance tools, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Full range of motion, including standing, bending, walking, twisting, kneeling, grasping, reaching, and climbing as necessary.
  • Comfortable working in high noise levels.
