Position: Entry Level Communications Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $27 - $33 per hour

Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a motivated and talented Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about communication, creativity, and making a positive impact. As an Entry Level Communications Specialist, you will help shape our internal and external communications, ensuring our message is clear and impactful.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  2. Draft and edit content for various communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, and social media.
  3. Support the coordination of internal and external events.
  4. Conduct research to support communication initiatives.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
