POSITION: Technical Writer - Learning & Development

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Collaboration with internal teams. Ability to work independently to produce high-quality documentation in a clear and logical manner for easy reader comprehension. Write and design training and procedural manuals as well as generate ideas for content and work-flow solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Prior technical experience writing procedures, for complex processes. Expert editing and proofing skills. Excellent time management, communication, and follow through. Confident and able to work independently with little supervision. Must be PC-proficient, including keyboarding skills, in a Windows environment. Superior accuracy and attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable through clear writing, presentational material, and pictures. Strong ability to work with accuracy in a complete, neat, and professional manner. Strong verbal, written and listening skills.

EDUCATION: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the
industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in
lieu of a degree).

STARTING SALARY: Depending on Experience.
