Job Summary:
Senior Onboarding Coordinators at OnPay are primarily responsible for engaging with incoming clients to ensure smooth and successful onboarding. The day-to-day activity of a Senior Onboarding Coordinator involves reaching out to newly enrolled clients to ensure they successfully make it to running their first payroll in OnPay, while helping grow team knowledge and refine team processes. Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of new account enrollments to ensure a successful onboarding experience
Be an expert in OnPay’s product and a full suite of service offerings
Be a champion for OnPay’s processes while leading changes to improve team efficiency and the client experience
Communicate with prospective clients through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
Coordinate with various teams and departments as an advocate for clients and effectively communicate updates to clients
Lead team training to help grow internal knowledge and skills. Coordinate training and consultation with outside teams as needed
Address any questions or concerns throughout the onboarding process
Monitor unassigned incoming tasks and delegate to team members
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

Self-starter and highly motivated to make a meaningful impact in their daily interactions
Education and Experience:
3-4 years in a client-facing onboarding or inside sales role
College experience (degree strongly preferred)
FPC or CPP a plus
