Bilingual Project Supervisors are responsible for leading the daily activities of these assignments, adhering to the scope, schedule, manging the performance of team members and budget while ensuring a quality product is delivered to the customer.
Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary:
  • 1st shift
  • $22.00 to start
  • 6 month project

Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor Duties:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project scope and goals
  • Learn the assembly instructions for each bin type and then train others on proper assembly
  • Understand the form, fit, and function of all bin types to ensure the uniform production of bins and negate non-conforming product
  • Assess and approve assembly line set up for most efficient workflow
  • Directly manage up to 50 assemblers and forklift operators on a project
  • Accountable for daily reporting of production counts. Track and report those numbers to Project Manager
  • Coordinate manpower needs and shift requirements with Project Manager
  • Track inventory and delivery of raw materials to ensure constant flow of product
  • Ability to communicate at a high level with customer contacts onsite
  • Track, review, approve all temp labor time for payroll, and submit to Project Manager

Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience managing diverse team members
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Utilize email, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Capable of learning and utilizing PM software and business expense software for daily, monthy reporty requirements
  • Ability to multi task and manage time wisely
  • Ability to make sound decisions regarding production and personnel issues
  • Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs assisted
  • Stand and sit for an 8-10 hour shift
