Ben Delatour Scout Ranch is seeking to fill multiple positions in our Climbing program for the upcoming summer season. This is SEASONAL employment. There are multiple positions available. All candidates will be a minimum of 18 years of age, hold standard first aid and CPR certification and have the ability to become Climbing Instructor I or II certified and C.O.P.E. I or II certified upon arrival at camp. There are positions specific to people 21 years of age and older for Climbing II level certification. All staff will rotate through both the climbing base and Challenge Course area during the summer to stave off boredom and complacency. These positions include interaction with the campers and assisting adult leaders in providing a full program of activities to participants camped near the climbing base.
