 What will I be doing?

  • Collaborate directly with the foster care marketing manager to Implement marketing strategies in order to recruit foster families.
  • Attend community events, festivals, and other networking opportunities to promote our foster care program and recruit families.
  • Build and maintain relationships with religious, civic, and business networks to identify and recruit potential foster families.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy marketing materials and messaging.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions to promote our foster care program to recruit potential foster families.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and foster family recruitment.

 Am I a good fit?  

  • Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on the mental healthcare and foster care services industry.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in project management, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-driven mindset that emphasizes the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and pivot strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, social services, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must Independently transport self in his/her own vehicle to provide services in the in- home/community-based service milieu, attend meetings; and community events
