The Role: As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our community for potential residents, offering personalized tours and showcasing our amenities and services. Your mission is to turn prospects into residents by effectively selling them on the exceptional lifestyle they can enjoy at LivLavender. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all leads within 24 hours, maintaining consistent contact until the lead is no longer active.
• Schedule and conduct tours of properties for prospective residents.
• Process applications in accordance with established criteria within 24 hours.
• Facilitate the move-in process for new residents.
• Aim to sign a minimum of 10 leases each calendar month.
• Represent LivLavender and VareCo with positivity and adherence to our high standards.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Sales experience required
