Integrity Medical Group provides a full range of medical services. We diagnose, treat and repair bones, joints and connective tissue involved with muscle and tendons.

We provide the care and treatment plans where our patients can enjoy an active lifestyle and be proactive for good health.


The new patient associate plays a critical role in our clinic by hosting the front lobby welcoming patients, checking patients in/out while verifying information (following HIPPA guidelines). The ideal candidate is responsible for accurately scheduling and verifying appointments for our medical practice. This candidate will have experience handling high volume calls, managing patient schedules per plan of care, and scheduling follow up medical appointments. This candidate will also demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. This role is required on-site.  Experience working with e Clinical Works a bonus

  • Demonstrates a high comfort level in working with large volumes of data.
  • Maintains confidentiality when managing patient data (HIPPA Guidelines)
  • Professionally communicates with patients via phone or email.
  • Ask questions and listens attentively in order to better serve potential new patients.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Must be a team player and able to demonstrate positive communication skills


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
