Join our Team = Hotel Houseperson / Common Area

We are seeking a skilled hotel houseperson / grounds person to join our dedicated team at the Hilton Garden Inn Wooster. As a hotel houseperson you will be responsible for ensuring the cleaniless of the property / common areas by the Hilton brand standard.

Responsibilities:

- Checking the exterior of the buliding

- Keep up on the upkeep of the grounds, including picking up trash, pulling weeds, clean up around dumpster area, and any other tasks given by the manager

- Cleaning / maintaining public restrooms

- Mopping Floors

- Vacuuming Carpets

- Cleaning windows

- Maintain inventory and supplies and equipment needed for tasks

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols and brand standards

- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, staff, and management

- Follow and complete any task given by supervisor, or general manager

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Preferred experience in facilities, or hotel role

- Carpet cleaning as needed

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, staff, and management
