As a High-Volume Headhunter at MORROW GROUP LLC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent and Agents. This position requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing and engaging with candidates, possesses excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is more of a sales role and requires experience in outbound calling and creating appointments and building relationships.

Compensation:

$87,000

Responsibilities:

  • High Volume Outbound Calling
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including but not limited to, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
