WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN ENTAIL?

As an Automotive Technician at Briganti's Auto Repair, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and completing repairs on a variety of vehicles. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and build a successful career in the auto repair industry.


DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

The requirements for the position are:

  • California Smog Check and Repair Technician license
  • Licensed Brake and Headlamp Inspector
  • Automotive repair experience
  • Ability to perform emissions inspections, safety checks, and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to continually learn and enhance your skillset

In addition, candidates who possess the following skills will be given preference:

  • Repair of brake and steering systems repair
  • Electrical and electronic systems diagnosis and repair
  • Transmissions and fuel components replacement and repair
  • Cooling components and systems repair, including air conditioners and engine cooling
