The Plumbing Service Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of plumbing service projects. The Plumbing Technician Supervisor coordinates with the Project Manager, leads a team of plumbers, and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of service plumbers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
- Organize and coordinate daily work schedules, assigning tasks based on priority and the team's skill levels.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to review project progress, safety protocols, and company policies, fostering open communication.
Technical Expertise:
- Perform advanced plumbing services, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues with effective, timely solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Quality Control:
