Role Overview:

As a Bilingual Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations, and leading our recruitment efforts. Your role will be vital in maintaining high standards of service, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of the branch.


Starting salary: $47,000 or depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all branch operations adhere to standard procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. Utilize various platforms including social media, job fairs, and direct applications.
  • Handle the complete onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff.
  • Extend job offers, clarify job expectations, and explain GMPs and client policies.
  • Verify that all hiring documents and identification papers are accurate and comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving any issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales and business development teams to enhance branch performance.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports, including New Hire, Assignment Register, and HR Ratio indicators. Use these insights to drive improvements.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for the recruitment team, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed for success.
  • Ensure adherence to unemployment and workers’ compensation processes. Assist with weekly payroll processing for temporary staff as required.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly management meetings.



Qualifications:

  • Experience in branch management or a similar leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in generating reports and utilizing performance data for strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and data protection regulations.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish
