Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Order Selector to join our team.
The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting and packaging orders for shipment, ensuring that all orders are complete and accurate.
This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately select items from inventory according to customer orders.
Ensure correct quantity and quality of items are selected
Pack and prepare orders for shipment, following company standards.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills.
