East Greenwich Head Trainer Role 2024
Main Objectives:
- Lead a new initiative. I am seeking someone to take charge of one or more of the following opportunities: Dot Fit, Stretch and Flex, E6 (a physician-referred exercise program). If you have your own idea, feel free to propose it This role is about innovating to build our teams book of business and help as many people as possible.
- Supervise the team during FD vacations, absences, etc.
- Set a positive example with a consistent attitude and support for team needs and management/company initiatives.
- Participate in hiring, particularly for the initiative you are leading.
- Your performance will be assessed based on the growth of the initiative you lead. We will review the development of the initiative each quarter. Consistent growth is preferred over short-term spikes.
- Recommended T2-T4 level trainer.
- Full-time status (or working toward it).
- Trainer must be in good standing and meet eligibility requirements to be considered for the role.
- Up to 5 hours per week for specific role activities, potentially more if necessary.
- Paid at $20 per hour.
- Double commission of 5% on new sales.
- 50% of the revenue from all personal training sessions completed.
- 50% of the revenue from Small Group Training (SGT) sessions facilitated.
- Monthly Bonus Opportunities:
- Team bonus for achieving at least 110% of the monthly team revenue target:
- 110% of target results in a bonus of 2% of the variance.
- Example: If 110% of target results in a $5,000 variance, the HT bonus is $100 ($5,000 x 0.02).
- If 110% of target results in a $10,000 variance, the HT bonus is $200 ($10,000 x 0.02).
- 110% of target results in a bonus of 2% of the variance.
- Team bonus for achieving at least 110% of the monthly team revenue target:
- Team bonus for achieving at least 110% of the monthly NC revenue target:
- 110% of target results in a bonus of 2% of the variance.
- Example: If 110% of target results in a $1,000 variance, the HT bonus is $100 ($1,000 x 0.02).
- If 110% of target results in a $10,000 variance, the HT bonus is $200 ($10,000 x 0.02).
- 110% of target results in a bonus of 2% of the variance.
- Team bonus for achieving at least 110% of the monthly NC revenue target:
- $300 bonus for each assigned new hire who reaches 15 training and/or stretch sessions weekly after their first 90 days.
- DotFit Bonus:
- 10% bonus on team revenue from DotFit sales when total monthly revenue exceeds $1,000.
