The Sudsy Puppy is a locally owned and operated, professional pet grooming salon and is Anne Arundel County's premier destination for dog grooming services. Pay Range:

$16.50 - $19.00

Hours/Shifts

Salon hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 Tuesday - Sunday

  • Opening shift: 7:30 - 4:00
  • Closing shift: 9:00 - 5:00
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to schedule appointments for our talented dog groomers.
  • Ensure that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records and payment information.
  • Maintain retail inventory and cross-sell our grooming services to clients to ensure their furry friends look their best.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our grooming salon.
  • Must be available on weekends
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • A genuine love for dogs and a desire to provide exceptional care to each and every client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
