Our Plainwell, MI location is currently looking for a Collections Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the account receivable ledger and collecting on all outstanding balances. To succeed in this role, you must be someone who take initiative, have exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), and most importantly, meticulous when it comes to details

• Keep AR Current
• Letters, calls and emails to collect outstanding balances
• Liaison between our collection agency
• Address customer billing questions
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Developments Reps

• Strong data entry skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details and follow through
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proficiency in MS Office
• Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce and Sage Intacct is a plus
• 2+ years experience as Collections Specialist preferred, but not required
