Department: Worship Arts Ministry

Supervisor: Production Director

Essential Duties:
  • Assist with AVL integration including but not limited to:
    • Pulling cables, terminations of cables to plates/panels/racks
    • Mounting/hanging AVL equipment including: tvs, screens, projectors, speakers, cameras
    • Inspect, troubleshoot, test and correct your own work
  • Assists with scheduled maintenance on technical equipment
  • Assists other members of Production Staff with projects and development
  • Assist with preparation of technical aspects for weekend services
  • Assists with volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for Production
  • Assists with Special projects and events (production support for funerals, events, etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
  • Committed (or willing to be) to Rocky Mountain Christian Church and adopt Rockys Statement of Faith and Staff Values
  • Audio/Video/Lighting background preferred
  • Proficient on MAC Platform
  • Tech savvy, organizational, and communication skills
  • Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
  • A strong desire to learn
  • A valid drivers license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Personal Health insurance
Physical Demands of Job:
  • Sit/stand for long periods of time
  • Work at heights on ladders, lifts, catwalks
  • Physical ability to walk, crawl and work in difficult positions and areas
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • On location (Niwot or Frederick)
Schedule:
  • Averaging 20 hours a week
  • Flexible schedule, but this position does require Sunday mornings and some Tuesday evenings
    • Example schedule: Tues. 1p-8p, Wed. 9a-4p, Sun 6:30a-12:30
