We are looking for a highly motivated, positive Sales Administrator to join our team. You will assist our Project Managers/Outside Sales Representatives in their day-to-day operations, ensuring our new and potential customers receive the highest level of service possible.

A day in the life of the SC Sales Assistant includes:

· Scheduling in home consultations for Project Managers coming from inbound requests.

· Processing sales orders and scheduling system installations.

· Closing installed jobs in system.

· Performing customer follow up calls to ensure satisfaction with system installations.

· Assist with sales and marketing campaign execution and reporting.

· Support billing and collections for install jobs.

Qualifications & Skills for Success:

· Professional sales administration or sales operations experience preferred.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Highly responsive to needs of sales team and customers.

· Demonstrates excellent customer service.

· Must be personable and professional.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and organized with follow up skills.

· Strong sense of personal accountability, responsibility, and ownership.
