• Call Schedule:
- Nights; 2/week or none
- Weekends; Fri (5p)- Mon (7a), 2 weekends/month
• OR Schedule: Mon, Tue & Thu
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Patient Volume: 16 (OP), 2-3 (OR)
• Admissions: Yes
• Rounding included: Yes
• Physician in Practice: 1
• Support Staff: PA First Assist, CNP, RN, MA
• Will supervise APP? Yes
• Procedures:
- Arterial Embolectomy, Endarterectomy or Direct Repair
- Repair of Aneurysm, Abdominal & Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm
- Bypass for Occlusive Disease of an artery
- Thoracic Outlet Decompression including Rib Resection
- Sympathectomy cervical, Thoracic or Lumbar
- Intraoperative Thrombolysis
- Anterior Spine Exposure; Thoracic and Abdominal
- Venous procedures (IVC)
- Hemodialysis Access Procedures
- SEPS
- Carotid and Brachiocephalic Endarterectomy or Bypass
- Vascular Graft & Revision
- Lymphatic Procedures
- Placement of Venous & Arterial Vascular Access Devices, Catheters, Ports & Pumps
- General Surgery procedures not specifically Delineated, Tracheotomy
• Trauma Level: III

Requirements:
• Active OH License or IMLC
• BC
• ATLS
