Part-time, Monday- Saturday between the hours of 8:45AM-8PM Looking for a year or more commitment.

Becoming a baby swim teacher is an amazing job At Little Otter Swim School you're part of an amazing, enthusiastic and talented team. We are locally owned and operated with state of the art facilities in Matthews and Huntersville.

If you're energetic, creative and excited by daily challenges, then we have a job for you. We are looking for a teacher for our parent and child classes for children from 6 months to 36 months. You may be asked to teach older children. This is an extremely rewarding position to work with babies and their parents.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
  • Loving students and teaching them to swim.
  • Being a team player and being coachable.
  • Completion of required training.
  • Keeping everyone safe.
  • Following the Little Otter Curriculum and being focused on children's happiness, well-being and progression through our program.

Key Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water.
  • Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds.
