Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. $50,000 to $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
  • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
  • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
  • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
Qualifications:
  • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
  • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
  • Customer service or sales experience a plus
  • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
  • Background in the legal industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
