Job Title: Appointment Scheduler

Location: Mooresville, NC

Pay: $17 - $20 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00PM


Position Scope:

This person is responsible for scheduling office appointments. They will be working out of a queue to take inbound and outbound calls. This employee will be scheduling appointments for both new and existing patients. They need to be comfortable answering phones and entering in patient information.


Requirements:

  • 2 years working in a Medical Office Front Desk setting
  • Experience with scheduling appointments
  • Strong customer service skills
