Required: Masters of Social Work Degree and MS LMSW / Clean DMV / Dependable transportation

Salary: 50k-70k plus mileage DOE PLUS 10k SIGN ON

Schedule: M-F / on call as needed

Qualifications

Be the Best Hospice Clinical Social Worker III You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you

  • Master’s Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field
  • Must hold highest level of licensure within the state. Qualifications for state-specific requirements above minimum education standards
  • 5+ year social work experience required
Required Certifications and Licensures:
  • Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation
  • ACHP-SW advanced certification required;
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
