Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in the performance of a variety of general warehouse duties and maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse by performing the following duties as well as assisting the Service Manager with providing fast, efficient, and quality service to CSG customers and Service/ATM technicians through administrative support.

Location: Tempe, Arizona

Pay: $22 - $25 hour DOE

What you will do:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Support Service Manager in reviewing open service and ATM call reports.
  2. Work closely with dispatch and technicians to ensure we are current on all service calls.
  3. Coordinates with purchasing and warehouse teams to track parts status.
  4. Supports SM in planning and facilitating weekly service needs and meetings.
  5. Tracks service call completions and performs specific closeout duties.
  6. Communicates with customers on service status as needed.
  7. Performs other related support duties as required and assigned by Service Manager
  8. Responsible for purchase order product receipt via UPS, Fed Ex, and Freight company deliveries: in a timely, efficient, and accurate fashion, understanding the urgency and importance behind rush orders.
  9. System receipt, transfers, and communication of receipt or issue of receipt with inner-company personnel as well as vendors.
  10. Staging equipment for upcoming installations.
  11. Responsible for daily shipping and receiving duties.
  12. Work with Purchasing Team on Return Material Authorization (RMA) process to ensure timely closure.
  13. Assist with mid-year and year-end physical inventories.
  14. Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Two-three years related experience and or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy a must. Lifting up to 75 lbs.
