GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The SRC supports the program and is responsible for overseeing the stock levels, storage, and distribution process of the programs inventory to ensure ongoing availability of supplies and items to meet the UC needs and operational needs. This position ensures that the inventory is well-organized, accurately tracked, and efficiently managed to promote the health, wellbeing and stability for UC in care.
ABOUT YOU
You are knowledgeable on all tracking systems and are able to maintain the processes for inventory management. You will also be able to coordinate any shipping processes in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Fulfills requisitions utilizing stock inventory, track inventory, manage stock levels, forecast needs, coordinate with other departments to maintain optimal inventory levels, track orders, and investigate problems
- Receives, unloads, and processes deliveries; verify delivered items against purchase orders ensure proper documentation ensure items are stored correctly and inspects goods that are received
- Uses inventory management software to barcode & keep accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries; perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepares and maintains detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and financial performance
- Inspects inventory for defects, damages, or expiration dates; ensure all inventory meets the state licensing quality standards
- Ensures fleet inventory and documentation is current as well as logistics teams and procurement to ensure inventory supplies can support all UC demographics forecasted and operational requirements
- Ensures compliance with CFR 200 federal guidelines as well as regulatory requirements related to inventory management
- Handles incoming and outgoing packages while also tracking and organizing inventory
- Prints shipping label and postage while also distributing supplies and products to designated department
- Any other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE and/or REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED
- 3 years of experience in data entry, counting, cataloging, and excel worksheets
- Knowledge of inventory management software
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems
- Must be able to lift more than 15lbs
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive from site to site
- Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred
