Plumbing Superintendent

We have existing projects and upcoming opportunities throughout the state of Florida. In this position, you will directly manage and oversee the day-to-day plumbing activities on new construction sites. Projects include multifamily apartment buildings, assisted living facilities, student and military housing, and hotel projects.
Roles & Responsibilities (will include but is not limited to):

• On-Site Material Management
• Daily walk of your jobsite inspecting all ongoing work to ensure accurate, efficient, per-code install
• Schedule installation of systems by managing, training, and directing sub crews
• Direct the daily cleanup of project debris by our sub crews
• Submit daily and weekly reporting records such as QA/QC
• Interact with local governing jurisdiction to obtain all required inspections
• Coordinate and verify all layouts and installation of slabs, rough ins, top outs, and trim
• Ensure that quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the project

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of previous multifamily and/or commercial construction experience is a must.
• This position requires candidates have the experience necessary to manage the entire plumbing scope on your project from start to finish.
• Ability to lay out and overseeing all phases of underground, top-out and trim-out of the complete system. Installation work will be limited as this is a plumbing site management position.
• Thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of the trade, combined with a strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Blue Beam and Hilti Total Station experience a plus.
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• State licenses not required on all projects
