Full-time Medical Malpractice Paralegal. The Paralegal position is responsible for assisting attorneys by scheduling depositions and defense medical exams/expert retention, preparing legal documents, calendaring/docketing, reviewing discovery, analyzing medical records, researching legal precedent, trial/hearing preparation. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, organized, and efficient team player with insurance defense/personal injury litigation experience.

A high school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Proficiency with Word and use of case management software required. 2 years of medical malpractice, insurance defense, personal injury litigation and/or Workers’ Compensation litigation experience required. 5 years preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
