RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO
Estamos buscando un Gerente de Producción con experiencia que sea responsable de administrar y dirigir las actividades de producción dentro de una instalación industrial de corte y confección utilizando tanto la producción interna como los contratistas internacionales mediante la realización de las siguientes tareas. El Gerente de Producción será responsable de coordinar con los diferentes departamentos de la planta de fabricación para garantizar que todos los objetivos de producción se cumplan diariamente, ayudar a resolver problemas, planificar y organizar los programas de producción e implementar estándares de control de calidad alineados con los objetivos de producción.

Bien organizado y planificador : sabe cómo priorizar y planificar las actividades de trabajo, usar el tiempo de manera eficiente y establecer metas y objetivos claros para el equipo, y responsabilizar al equipo por su desempeño. Ayuda al equipo a desarrollar planes de acción realistas.
Responsable : crea un entorno de equipo en el que usted y el equipo trabajan constantemente a tiempo y las responsabilidades laborales están totalmente cubiertas cuando están ausentes. Llegas a las reuniones y citas a tiempo en todo momento.
Un líder confiable : da el ejemplo al equipo al seguir instrucciones, responde a la dirección de la gerencia, es responsable de sus propias acciones, cumple sus compromisos y se esfuerza más cuando es necesario para cumplir con los objetivos. Regularmente completa las tareas a tiempo y notifica a los delegados cuando es necesario un plan alternativo.
HABILIDADES NECESARIAS PARA EL ÉXITO
Se requiere Licenciatura en Negocios, Operaciones o equivalente.
Debe ser bilingüe en inglés y español.
Experiencia en máquinas de corte y costura, preferiblemente en ciudades en la frontera de Estados Unidos con México.
Historial comprobado de desarrollo de relaciones buenas y sostenibles con los clientes.
Debe tener experiencia en habilidades básicas en las aduanas de EE. UU. y México.
Experiencia en la lectura de las especificaciones de las prendas y la lista de materiales de forma constante.
Se prefiere la experiencia previa como supervisor en un entorno de producción.
MS Office: se requiere intermedio de Excel, Teams, Quickbooks, SharePoint, Outlook.
Experiencia trabajando con maquiladoras (contratistas mexicanos).
Se requiere trabajar en un entorno de fabricación de Mejora Continua / LEAN.
Experiencia 5S, resolución de problemas (5 porqués a / PDCA)
Preferiblemente experiencia previa trabajando en un comité de seguridad.
