Position Overview: Rockglade Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems and databases. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, which is essential for supporting our clients and internal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data accurately and efficiently into our databases and software systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and documents.
  • Assist with data entry tasks for various projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and processes.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
