At Demco, you’ll join like-minded, dedicated coworkers who serve the needs of America’s libraries and schools. As a Warehouse Associate, your efforts will connect educators and librarians with the products they need to do the amazing work they do. You’ll help ensure customers have confidence that our same-day shipping goal will bring them unique supplies, furniture, and equipment they can rely on every day. You’ll enjoy a 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. M–F schedule with overtime opportunities. And you’ll work at our Value Center, with easy access to U.S. 51 and I-94/90/39.

What you’ll do

  • Safely, efficiently, and accurately pick customer orders for shipment
  • Prepare orders to ship and load packages into a trailer
  • Operate a manual meter to guarantee that orders ship per regulations
  • Ensure that picked orders are free of damage according to quality guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Assist other Value Center and manufacturing areas as volume dictates
  • Join in continuous improvement efforts to create better work processes for all
