  • Active License Practical Nurse LPN in Ohio
  • CPR basic life support

Primary responsibilities of License Practical Nurse (LPN) at Kingston:

  • Supervise care team to deliver plan of care.
  • Administer medications, following the 5 medication rights and reduce potential for errors.
  • Treat residents, guests, and co-workers with courtesy and genuine care
