We envision being an essential member of a community network that helps prevent behavioral health disorders and provides the care and support people need to lead healthy, productive lives. Our mission is to improve the lives of children, adults, and families impacted by mental health and substance use disorders.

The Rehab Specialist Floater will provide coverage on a part time basis and must be available a minimum of two shifts per month. Tasks include;

  • Transportation
  • Assisting with money management, diet coaching, teaching life skills, diet coaching, shopping, and cleaning.
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Providing Crisis Intervention

Must have high school diploma or equivalent, BA/BS in Human Services or related field preferred. Clear driving record is required.
