Summary
The Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in the overall Marketing of Brahmin, and will support key functions within Brand planning, channel support and content development to drive brand and business impact. In partnership with the Brand Manager, this role will help develop powerful and exciting go-to-market strategies that bring measurable growth and tangible value across our marketing channels.

This role will be fully integrated and collaborate across eCommerce, Email/SMS, Media, Organic, Creative, PR, Retail and Wholesale teams and will coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy marketing campaigns and success measurement in alignment with organizational goals. This is a hybrid role, requiring an in-office presence approximately two days a week at our Corporate Headquarters located in Fairhaven, MA.

Primary Position Responsibilities

  • Partner with Brand Manager on development and delivery of creative brief with internal & external teams; Support briefing and development of content for use across all Marketing channels
  • Support the Brand Manager in development of creative go-to-market strategies spanning the consumer journey at the outset of each season.
  • Data driven – measuring and analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and strategies through key performance metrics. Support Reporting and Analytics function to report on holistic Brand performance.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Help outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in areas such as ecommerce, media, digital optimization and content development.
  • Assist in production of content, communications letters, internal communications, etc.; Help manage collaboration with vendors, not-for-profit partners, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years related work experience required; fashion or luxury experience is a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing and web tools with an organization's overall marketing and communications efforts.
  • Proactive, understand the immediacy of deadlines and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills. Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient communication skills, strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Deep love of fashion, handbags and pop culture is a must
