BECOMING OUR HVAC SALES ASSOCIATE:

Schedule:

Your full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed to accommodate customer-specific needs.

Day-to-Day:

As our HVAC Sales Associate, you play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Your day-to-day involves proposing HVAC solutions to meet customer needs, acting as the primary contact during installation jobs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your excellent performance is key to earning repeat business and contributing to our company's success

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the HVAC industry or similar field
  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to understand customer concerns and translate them into business solutions
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Great selling and business-development abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

A bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications are preferred. Experience directly selling to customers is desirable
