Director of Operations and Growth - Commercial Construction Services

Monsey, NY

Vibrant commercial construction services firm located in Monsey, NY, actively seeking a Director of Field Operations and Growth. We value individuals with exceptional character, a positive and outgoing personality, and a forward-thinking approach. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, full ownership of all departments, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. While construction experience is beneficial, it's not obligatory. The role requires comfort with travel to job sites, engaging with vendors, clients, and participating in trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:

  • Lead financial oversight, ensuring profitability and maintaining fiscal health.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost-effectiveness and sustainable financial growth.

Field Operations:

  • Oversee all field operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellence in project execution.
  • Manage and supervise field managers and crews to ensure timely and quality project completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate field operations to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Ensure full client satisfaction and create a positive client experience.

Leadership and Management:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, delegating responsibilities to managers and team members.
  • Implement full accountability within teams, fostering a culture of ownership and responsibility.
  • Maintain a growth-oriented, upbeat, and positive work environment.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives to foster robust customer relationships and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate impactful marketing strategies.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Implement customer-centric initiatives to elevate overall satisfaction.

Strategic Company Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies for overall company growth.
  • Identify new opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Organize and attend industry trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in overseeing overall company finance.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and marketing initiatives for business growth.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a strategic planning mindset.
  • Extensive background in managing field operations and ensuring profitability.
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a notable advantage.
  • Experience in field operations is required.
