Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all goods coming in and out of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling packages
- Manage inventory levels and keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies
- Handle all shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using shipping and inventory management software
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
