POSITION SUMMARY

Works with Mgr. of Safety and Compliance to maintain needs of facilities in Louisville and Frankfort area. Including the coordination of preventive maintenance on in house machinery, assigned projects, systems management and compliance documentation.

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assist with monitoring building equipment and systems for day to day needs of KAEC locations in Louisville and Frankfort area.
  2. Maintain and coordinate facility repairs as needed.
  3. Work with leadership, vendors, customers and employees to maintain and ensure safe and compliant workspaces.
  4. Assist in coordinating or performance Preventative Maintenance on forklifts, shrink wrap machines as well as other tasks or schedules.
  5. Maintain inventory of frequently used items and their disbursement.
  6. Support Mgr. with coordinating and maintaining secure access to facilities with security systems utilized.
  7. Involved with maintaining company pool car fleet.
  8. Aid in housekeeping inspections and solutions.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

  1. JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. High school education preferred
  2. Travel between locations in Louisville and Frankfort area
  3. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
  4. Experience or general knowledge of lighting circuits, security or HVAC or plumbing preferred
  5. Possess or able to obtain OHSA certification
  6. 3 years of facilities coordination
  7. May need to be called in after hours, weekends or holidays in case of emergencies
  8. Valid driver’s license required
  9. This position will require physical abilities to lift 50 lbs., bend, walk, climb, push/pull, standing, and sitting which will be frequent.
